Betty Lanford Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lanford of Liberal, Kansas, who passed away on April 15, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Betty shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Betty farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keen and Gracie Keen (Edwards); her husband Richard Lanford; her daughter Donna McCoy; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Lanford, Jeremy Lanford, Justin Bowman and Michael McCoy.

She is survived by: her son Rick Lanford (Anna) of Plains, KS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
