He was predeceased by: his father Dennie Finley; and his brother Damon Finley. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Finley; and his siblings, Jeannie Topliff (Randy) of Goodland Kansas and Terry Finley (Lori) of Lee's Summit, MO.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
