She was predeceased by: her parents, John Warren of Elk City and Thelma Warren (Abbott) of Liberal; and her brothers, Johnny Warren of Conway, Charlie Joe Baker of Liberal and Sister Shirli Poulton of Liberal.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Rice of Liberal; her children, Melissa Rice of Loveland and Brian Rice of Scottsdale, Arizona.; and her sister-in-law Diana Rice.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Seward County Historical Society for "Dorothy's House" which is Jim's childhood home.
