He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Chain and Elsie Chain (Wills); and his brothers, Jay Homer Chain and George Franklin Chain. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kulisek; his daughters, Alice Isaacs (Russell) of Turpin, OK and Paula Jackle (Dillen) of Olathe, KS; and his grandson Jase Paul Jackle.
