He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Pris Rash and Kenneth Ritterbush. He is survived by : his parents, Jeff Rash and Kristy Rash of Turpin; his fiancée Serena Turpin of Liberal, His; his children, CalCooper "Rowdy" Rash and Kendall Rash; his brothers, Shad Rash (Sol) of Liberal and Dustin Rash of Granbury; his nephew Jayden; his niece Jaylee Rash of Liberal; and his grandparents, Don Rash and Carolyn Ritterbush.

Memorial contributions are suggested to The South Church of God, or for The Cory Rash Children Education Fund in care of Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.
