He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dean Hawk and Saundra Sue Grover (Hulcy); and his siblings, Douglas Roy Hawk, Darla Hawk and Dena Sue Walsh.
He is survived by: his children, Cameron Hawk of Ravia, OK, Joey Hawk of Tecumseh, OK and Hollie Hawk of Shawnee, OK; and his brothers, Billy Hawk of Liberal, KS and Danny Hawk of Hugoton, KS.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Miller Mortuary Chapel (908 N Lincoln Ave, Liberal, KS 67901).
