He was predeceased by: his father Richard Earl. He is survived by: his mother Linda Sumner (Holt); his wife Penny Rodriguez; his sons, Zenner Trey Rodriguez Sumner and Kovin Michael Rodriguez Sumner; and his mother-in-law JoAnna Lydia Thomas. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
