He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harris and Macie Harris (Ingerham); his wife Patricia Beason; and his siblings, Howard Harris, Charles Harris, Aileen Winkler, Betty Winkler-Taylor and Helen Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Volden (Robert) of Liberal, KS, Lura Jane Wheat (Cynthia Walton) of Amarillo, TX, Eugene Bolton (Selby Kay) of Oklahoma City, OK and Bill Harris of Olathe, KS; and his siblings, Carolyn Granite of Liberal, KS and Calvin Harris of Liberal, KS. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and several Great and Great Great Grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Mortuary (908 N Lincoln Ave, Liberal, KS 67901). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the South Church of God (635 S Washington Ave, Liberal, KS 67901).
