He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilburn and Rosa Wilburn (Bell). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Berry; his sons, Herman Wilburn, Jr. of Denver, CO and Carlos Wilburn of Greeley, CO; his granddaughter Julia Wilburn; and his great grandchild Grayson Wilburn.
