He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Apsley and Violet Apsley (Pennington); his sisters, Linda Sue Apsley and Anita Apsley McVey; his brother-in-law Raymond McVey; and his grandparents, George Clyde, Hattie Apsley (Fuller), William and Byrdie Pennington (Horn Franklin).
He is survived by: his cousins, David Apsley, Robert Apsley, Macon of Georgia and Edith Pennington. He is also survived by cousins, and many thoughtful caring friends.
