He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kinser and Violet Kinser (Wiles); his wife Anna Margaret Kinser; and his siblings, Walley Kinser and Dorothy Carmen.
He is survived by: his sons, Delvin Kinser (Rhonda) of Liberal and Darrin Kinser (Angela) of Stillwater; his sisters, Shirley Sutton (Austin) of Taneyville and Donna Kinser of Joplin; his grandchildren, Bradley Kinser, Alyssa Lara (Isai), Mark Kinser, Anna, Leif Kinser and Dawson Kinser (Audrey); and his great grandchild Haven Joy Lara.
