Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Robert Walter Clingan Jr. of Liberal, Kansas, born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 71, on March 15, 2024. He was predeceased by : his father Robert "Bob" Clingan. He is survived by : his children, Mandy Clingan Scholz of Manhattan, KS, Jesse Clingan of Nashville, TN, Lindsay Newton (Dan) of Manhattan, KS and Ramey Colgan (Greg) of Colleyville, TX; his siblings, Randy Clingan (Tami) of Mission Viejo, CA and Melinda Wills (Jim) of Sun City, AZ; and his grandchildren, Colby, Kyle Scholz, Molly, Sawyer, Asher, Jacob Newton, Abbe, Andrew, Makenna and Ben Colgan. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, their spouses and children.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hornung Family Funeral Home Chapel (1212 W 2nd St, Liberal, KS 67901).
