He is survived by: his wife Anita Bortz; his son Brian Holmes (Barb); his grandsons, Chanler Holmes, Tucker Holmes, Kamren Holmes and Chris Holmes; his great grandchild Kaedyn Holmes; his siblings, Allana Dohm and Kelly Burrows (Rhonda); and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Holmes.
