We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2023, at the age of 82, Ruth A. Franks (Liberal, Kansas), born in Bethel, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ira Hardin and Mary Lou Hardin (Jones); her husband Wayne Franks; her children, Russell Shores and Kerri Robertson; and her siblings, John Russell Shalver, Floyd Hardin, Sonny Mills, Irene Miller, Betty Emery and Christine Hardin.
She is survived by : her children, Beverly Robbins, Meredith Bentley, Cynthia Caudle and Kevin Franks. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
