She is survived by: her children, Matt Cook of Liberal, KS, Stacey Woods (Barry) of Meade, KS and Mary Packard (Rob) of Plains, KS; her sister Donita Box (David) of Liberal, KS; and her pet Piper. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren.
