She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Leo and Johnnie Faye Lee (Birge); her husband Jimmie Farr; her brother Gary Lee; and her grandson Logan Ince.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Farr, Tammy Dupree (Lori) and Mindi Ormiston (Dustin); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Farr, Blade Ince and Jenna Ormiston; her great grandchildren, Luke, Lilliana Ince and Stella Farr; and her brother Jimmy Lee (Galena) of Hinton. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hinton Turner Funeral Home (123 Park St, Hinton, OK 73047). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bridgeport Graceland Cemetery N 2600 Rd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Graceland Cemetery Association in care of Turner Funeral Home.
