Though Todd may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Bill K. Foster (Carol) of Liberal, KS and Jean Ann Haddock Foster (James Jackson) of Liberal, KS; his daughter Morgan Alayna Foster Martin of Raymore, MO; and his siblings, Troy Foster of Kansas City, MO and Traci Pearson (Cory) of McPherson, KS. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
