He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Allen and Mary Allen of Liberty, Kansas.; his wife Rebecca; his sons, Gavin and Gage; and his siblings, Frank Allen, Greg Allen, Bart Allen, Alysia Johnston, Julia Allen and Dr. Melinda Allen-Cullins. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
