He is survived by: his wife Erin; his children, Cody Behrens (Katie) of Barnard, KS, Lily Behrens, Christopher Walford of Shelton, WA, Grace Walford Young (Alex) of Lexington, KY and Tyler Walford (Sara) of Fairbury, NE; his grandchildren, Ivy and Braden; and his siblings, Deloris Harris (Paul) of Roxbury, KS, Betty Behrens of Lincoln, Tim of Kensington, KS, Frank of Lincoln and Andy of Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (966 KS-14, Lincoln, KS 67455).
