She is survived by: her wife Laura Cullen; her stepsiblings, Becky Cheney and Scott Bogart; her nieces, Amy and Jeana; her nephew Andrew; her cousins, Don, Jerry, Roy and Steve; her mother-in-law Phyllis Cullen; her brother-in-law Tim Cullen; her nephews, Connor, Quinn and Steven; and her niece Katie.

She felt called to practice as an NP in Houston for 4 months during the peak of the COVID pandemic in 2020.
