Alene Calder Herrman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alene Calder Herrman of Lindsborg, Kansas, born in Garden City, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 3, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mearl Brunson and Artie Brunson (Clarkston); her husbands, Dale Calder and Willard Herrman; her siblings, Mearlene, Doyal and Roger; and her great grandchild Austin.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Gent (Frank); her grandchildren, Zachry (Lisa) and Shawn; her stepgrandchildren, Frankie and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Josh, Ashlyn (Ismael), Tevon (Lauren), Chase (Haley) and Frankie Lee (Alex). She is also survived by six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Golden Wheel Senior Center and may be left in care of the funeral home.
