She was predeceased by: her parents, Trygve Tholfsen and Lillian Tholfsen (Rainone); her husband Jim Mullen (Jim); and her brothers, Trygve, Robert and Reidar Tholfsen.
She is survived by: her son John Mullen; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Mullen of Lindsborg, KS; and her grandchildren, Amy M. Mullen and Christopher D. Mullen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Memorials may be made to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, or to Disabled American Veterans (DAV), or to the St. Labre Indian School.
