He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stanley and Caroline Leaf (Peterson); and his siblings, Stanley Leaf and Carolyn Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Roland Leaf of Spearville, KS; and his close friend Joyce Shields of Lindsborg. He is also survived by his nine nieces and nephews.
