We bid farewell to Vance LeRoy Eckstrom (Lindsborg, Kansas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 8, 2025 at the age of 94. Vance LeRoy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Eckstrom and Cora Eckstrom (Madison); his brother Ivan Eckstrom; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne and Tedde Eckstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Clarice Eckstrom (Thorwald); his children, Brian Eckstrom of Seattle, WA and Sharon Eckstrom of Lindsborg, KS; his brothers, Clinton Eckstrom of Minnesota and Donald Eckstrom of California; and his grandchildren, Jayden Beasley of Lindsborg and Michelle Beasley of Lindsborg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (320 N Main St, Lindsborg, KS 67456).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church, for use in a scholarship fund at Bethany College. Memorial contributions may be sent in care of Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg KS 67456.
