She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell McGrath and Heloise McGrath (Jones); her husband Norbert Ohlde of John's Lutheran Church; her son Warren; her grandchildren, Nicholas Ekstrum, Dylan Bruna and Autumn Dodds; her son-in-law Terry Ekstrum; her siblings, Martha Reed, Lynda Edgar, Maxine Rush, Burton McGrath and David McGrath; and her friend Clarence Turk.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Ekstrum of Frankfort, KS, Matt Ohlde (Barb) of Linn, KS, Daphne Taylor (Bob) of Clifton, KS, Aaron Ohlde of Ogden, KS, Denette Ohlde of Manhattan, KS, Danielle Stone (Gary) of Washington, KS, Darice Bruna (Brian) of Hanover, KS, Donovan Ohlde (Julie) of Sonoita, AZ, Daria Dodds (Quinton) of Manhattan, KS and Diron Ohlde (Julia) of Clearwater, KS.; her brothers, Elm McGrath (Dee) of Madison, KS, Dale McGrath (Jenny) of Oskaloosa, KS and Darold McGrath (Lisa) of Madison, KS; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Ohlde of Palmer, KS. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Fellowship Hall (304 National Rd, Palmer, KS 66962). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (304 National Rd, Palmer, KS 66962).
A memorial fund has been designated to St. John's Lutheran Church and the Linn Community Nursing Home.
