He is survived by: his wife Doris Doan; his sons, Jay Hofaker (Paula) of Logan, KS, Jeff Hofaker (Stacey) of Holdrege, NE and Jerrod Hofaker (Jess) of Logan, KS; his grandchildren, Kayla (Robert Mason) of Salina, KS, Faith (Luke Ericson) of Salina, KS, Destiny Hofaker of Kearney, NE, Tristan Hofaker of Omaha, NE and Daelynn Hofaker of Lincoln, NE; and his great grandchildren, R. Gabriel Mason, Oliver T. Ericson and Haven E. Mason.
