He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Young and Lucille Young (Pedersen); and his brother Ed Young. He is survived by: his wife Mary Marzolf; his children, Dennis Johnston of Arizona, David Ortiz of Phoenix, Arizona, Carmel Young (Paul) of Scottsdale and Nikki Schmitt (Darin) of Lyndon; and his sister Dixie Engstrom (Donald) of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
