He is survived by: his sisters, Lavonne Sullivan and Virginia Smyres of Warren, OR; his nieces, Mindy Sass (David), Rachel Meyer (Blake) and Kerrie Smyres (Hart Shafer); his nephew Tim Sullivan (Breann); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caden Sullivan, Richard Sass, Laiklyn Sullivan, Susannah Sass and Michelle Sass; and his brother-in-law Walter Sullivan.
