Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frances Rose Settle of Lyons, Kansas, born in Walters, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 86, on May 30, 2022. She was predeceased by : her parents, W. J. "Bill" Reece and Elsie Fatheree Reece; and her siblings, Billy, Wayne, Jimmy Reece, Charlene Manthei and Joyce Reece.
She is survived by : her sons, John Settle (Paula) of Oklahoma City, OK and David Settle (Anita) of Lyons, KS; and her siblings, Tommy Reece of Abilene, TX and Gwen Moser of Norman, OK. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
