She is survived by: her mother Francisca Perez Martinez of Chase, KS; her sons, C. J. Werner (Marcella) of McPherson, KS and Lucas Werner of Lyons, KS; her siblings, Luis Martinez of Chase, KS, Raul Martinez Jr. (Karen) of Lyons, KS, Lasaro "Larry" Martinez (Dee) of Lyons, KS, Beatrice Olson (Gary) of Lyons, KS, Sally Lopez (Martin) of Lyons, KS and Mary Lopez (Juan) of Topeka, KS; and her grandchildren, Mia, Isabella Arce, Jada, Xavier and Belladonna Werner.

The family requests memorials be given to Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons to help offset funeral expenses.
