She is survived by: her children, Nancy Cannon (Mike) of Geneseo, KS, LeRoy Capps (Stephanie) of Nickerson, KS, John Capps (Sherri) of Lyons, KS and Lorne Crowl of Lyons, KS; and her siblings, Gary Maxwell (Kathleen) of Whittier, CA, Donald Maxwell (Butch) of Lindsborg, KS, David Maxwell (Sue) of Buhler, KS, Gail Holmes (Dell) of Hutchinson, KS, Terry Maxwell (Shelley) of Sandy, UT and Dennis Maxwell of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association, Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community, or the First Baptist Church in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
