She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Andrew "Dick" and Martha Irene Robl (Link); her former husband James E. "Jim" Miller; her brothers, Alvin Robl, Martin "Jerry" Robl and John Robl; and her sister-in-law Linda Robl.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Higgins of Lyons, KS; her children, Rick Miller (Kim) of Lyons, KS, David Miller (Darla) of Bellville, TX, Mike Miller (Colleen) of Salina, KS, Jeff Miller (Christy) of Partridge, KS and Diane Moor of Lyons, KS; and her sister-in-law Judith Robl of Lyons, KS. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Catholic Church, Lyons Bell and Star Fund, or Rice Community Healthcare Foundation in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
