He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Higgins and Jessie Goodfellow Higgins; his former wife Betty Young; and his wife Norma Robl Miller of Lyons. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Branch (John) of Dallas, Jane Wooldridge (Chris) of Kansas City and Kayrin Stovall (Tim) of Chesapeake, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Evin Stovall (Ashley) of Savannah, Anna Stovall of Graz, Austria, Austin Branch (Scharli) of Fort Worth, Libby Wooldridge and Frances Wentz (Vance) of Kansas City.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lyons Bell and Star fund in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
