Retta Higgins Obituary

She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Phillips. She is survived by: her father Paul Phillips; her husband Chris Higgins; her children, Kaiya, Wren, Kahlis, Violet and Ariana Kendall-Hixson; her stepmother Virginia Phillips of Liberal, KS; and her siblings, Tyson Phillips and Jennifer Clark.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Church of Christ (831 W Taylor St, Lyons, KS 67554).
The family suggests memorials be given to Chris Higgins, to help with expenses.
