He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thompson and Maryann Thompson (Hammond); and his siblings, Steve Thompson and Peggy Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Thompson of Sterling, KS; his children, Lee Thompson of Lyons, KS, Julie Hudson of Lyons, KS and Shirley Waldy; and his siblings, Dan Thompson, Nancy Thompson and Barbara Peck. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Sterling Village (for the activity fund) in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
