He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elmer and Ina Pearl Hoobler (McMurray); his wife Elwilda "Willie"; his son Bernie Hoobler; his granddaughter Melissa Mays; his great grandchildren, Henry Haag, Chase Luby and Paxton Luby; and his siblings, JoAnn Jamison (Woodrow), Robert Hoobler (Shirley), Martin Hoobler (Norma) and Harry Hoobler (Vera).
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Haag (Tony) of Olpe; his grandchildren, Heather Dobbs (Tyler) and Andrew Haag (Jean); and his great grandchildren, Nolan Fuzzell, Emma Mandella, Theron Mays, Drew, Harley, Holden, Hudson Haag and Titan Dobbs.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the VanArsdale Funeral Home - Madison (202 W Main Ave, Madison, KS 66860). The inurnment will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
