He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Wendel Birzer and Robert Birzer; his wife Marilyn Bell Birzer; and his sisters, Bobbie Birzer Oberle and Donna Birzer Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Corrinne Birzer; his grandson Octavio Chiunti Birzer; his son Jeremy Birzer; his daughter-in-law Sandra Willson Birzer; his grandsons, Brennan and Karsen Birzer; and his sisters, Judith Birzer Komarek and Sandra Birzer Choitz. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
