She was predeceased by: her father Larry "Butch" Bluthardt; her son Teygan John Azberry Bluthardt; and her grandparents, Ray, Geraldine Bluthardt, Gus and Jean Berry.
She is survived by: her mother Becky Bluthardt (Berry); her sister Jantzie Lynn Bluthardt; her husband Shawn Rookstool of Clay Center, Kansas.; and her aunts, Edrena Adolph and Bette Skaggs. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home (1616 Poyntz Ave, Manhattan, KS 66502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Amand Dezirae Bluthardt Rookstool Memorial Fund.
