He is survived by: his wife Wendy Puett; his son Logan Puett; his daughter-in-law Jazmyn Puett (Blaine Puett); his nieces and nephews, Chad, Shane Young, Ian Drake, Dustin Johnson, Marcy Venrick and Amie Lindshield; and his pets, Keystone, Sage and Layla.
