He is survived by: his wife Mary Wendt; his siblings, Ronald Wendt and Suzan Hawkes; his children, Dawn Bailey (Tim), Devin Wendt (April) and Darren Wendt; and his grandchildren, Zachary Bailey, Emma Hansen (Kaleb), Tyler Bailey and Ruby Wendt.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Crestview Christian Church (3940 Excel Rd, Manhattan, KS 66502).
