Ellen Hoover Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Hoover in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on September 27, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ellen Hoover to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Hoover (Bobi), Jane Bartlett (Bob) and Laura Thiel (Dave); her grandchildren, Emily Kiefer, K. C. Evers (Byron), Brian (Lisa), Clay (Kim), Mike Bartlett (Jill) and Grace Thiel; her great grandchildren, Clarissa, Ashlyn (Trey), Adriana, Kamryn, Elly, Anna and Samson; her sister Kate Kesler (Hatfield); her sister-in-law Donna Kesler (Hixon); and her siblings, Clarence and Glenora Kesler.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Manhattan Country Club (1531 N 10th St, Manhattan, KS 66502).
Memorial contributions in memory of Ellen may be made to the Good Shepherd Homecare & Hospice House in Manhattan.
