It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick L. O'Neill of Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert O'Neill and Sarah O'Neill (Crider); his siblings, Mary Howard (Orville), Ella May Howard (Frank), Violet Haffener, Robert O'Neill (Kathleen) and Frank O'Neill (Coe); and his sister-in-law Lorri O'Neill.

He is survived by : his children, Michael O'Neill (Jill), Linda O'Neill and Nancy O'Neill (Max Sherwood); his grandchildren, Jesse (Michaela), David and Danielle O'Neill; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Violet and Archer O'Neill; his wife Carol Faulconer Harris; his children, Laura Harris (Linda Curd) of Lexington, Charlotte Harris of Phoenix and Steve Harris of Kansas City, Missouri; and his granddaughter Jaedyn Harris of Richmond, Missouri..
