He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Everett and Jesse Lorene Whitney (Allen); and his sister Lorene Sinn. He is survived by: his children, Donita Whitney-Bammerlin of Manhattan and Harry E. "Spud" Whitney III of Manhattan; and his grandchild Laurel "Lori" Bammerlin of Manhattan.
