It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack L. Sills (Manhattan, Kansas), who passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline Sills and Quincy Sills; and his brother George Sills (Louise Bolton Sills). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Freshour; his children, Melanie Krause (Jack), Stephanie McMillen (Robert) and John Sills (Angela); his stepsons, Kevin Luncford (K. J.) and Charles Freshour (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Jessica Krause-Hiler (Bob), Daniel Krause, John Krause, Taylor Anglin (Zach), Joelle Pope (Brady), Jevon Knauer (Matthew), Jacci Sills, Kate Freshour and Liam Freshour. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions in memory of Jack to the Gideon International or the Wounded Warriors Fund.
