He is survived by: his wife Diana (Hartwick) of Manhattan; his sister Helen Belue (Thomas) of Phillipsburg, KS; his nieces, Shannon, Robyn and Darcie Hartwick; his nephew Christopher Hartwick (Lacy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cammi, Adeline and Gideon; Alayna and Ricky Hartwick (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
