With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel R. Phipps of Manhattan, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on March 1, 2024 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Tom Phipps and Sharon Phipps; his wife Chrysann Williams; his children, Kannon and Rhys; and his brothers, Chad Phipps (Whitney) and Matt Phipps (Kendra). He is also survived by his family and many colleagues, friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions in memory of Joel to the First Tee Program or the Good Shepherd Homecare and Hospice Inc.
