She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McIntosh and Vivien McIntosh; and her daughter Suzanne Williams. She is survived by: her siblings, Rusty McIntosh, Kari McIntosh and Kristi Slayton; her children, Andrew Williams, Heidi Williams, Heather Williams and Joanna Smith; and her grandchildren, Ali Bryant, Emma Williams, Shaun-Isaac Smith, Gabriel-Isaiah Smith, Emma-Grace Smith and Emmanuel-Cadence Smith.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery (5181 Wildcat Creek Rd, Manhattan, KS 66503). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the Johnson & Mass-Hinitt Funeral Home (203 N Washington St, Junction City, KS 66441).
