She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ross and Alice Taylor (Boyd); her former husband William V. Crook; and her children, William "Billy" Crook, Jr. and Carol Anne Crook.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce R. Crook (Judy) and Tom Crook (Lisa); her stepchildren, Gerry Jeffrey (Sharon) and Dixie Coursen (Phil); and her grandchildren, Dave Fehrenbach, Brian Boots, Scott Jeffrey and Kristal Forrester. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests any memorials be directed to Good Shepard Hospice House.
