It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Russell (Manhattan, Kansas), who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Lovrien Conner and Harold "Lewis" Conner. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Eugene Russell Sr.; and her children, Dr. Theresa Russell-Loretz (Jim Loretz Jr.) of Lancaster, PA, Jan McCloskey (Jamie) of Gainesville, FL, Eugene Russell Jr. (Terri Lindsay Russell) of Shawnee, Anna Henderson (Kevin) of Topeka, Ruth Russell of Rochester, NY, Julie Russell (Charles Kipp), Riley, Susan Schmaderer (Tim) of Overland Park, Paul Russell (Heather Russell) of Nevada, MO, Carol Russell (Todd Sorensen) of Tiffin and Cecilia Russell (Dave Schneider) of Milford. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren, including the youngest great grandchild.
