He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee and Betty Lee (Piper); and his siblings, Kathy Weixelman, Thomas Lee and Galen Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee (Henton); his children, Amber Aguinaga (Rafael) of Melissa, Andee Lee of Manhattan, Kansas, Adam Lee and Arin Lee of Manhattan, Kansas; his grandsons, Rafael and Luca; his pet Ruby; and his friends, Natalie Albin Smith and Nancy Skidmore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice House or Meadowlark Hills Parkinson's Program, in Neil's honor and in care of Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas 66502.
